Complete and submit the Scholarship Application Form (Current Students)

You may apply before final results are released. If successful, the scholarship will be applied retrospectively, and any applicable tuition fee adjustment will be refunded.

The scholarship is applicable to the programme indicated in your Letter of Offer.

The discount is distributed evenly across the total number of programme modules and applied per study period, not as a lump sum.

The scholarship covers tuition fees only and excludes any non-tuition fees or additional expenses.

Recipients must maintain the scholarship grade requirements in all modules each semester/trimester; failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the scholarship.

The scholarship will be forfeited if the student defers or withdraws from their programme, unless approved by ECT.

The award will also be forfeited in cases of academic misconduct, unpaid tuition fees, or if the student is deemed a “student at risk of academic failure” during their studies.

The scholarship is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reinstated once revoked.

It will not extend beyond the normal programme duration or exceed the total tuition fee.

If Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is granted, the scholarship applies only to the remaining units requiring tuition fees.

Students may apply for multiple scholarships but can only receive one at a time.

Recipients must consent to ECT using their name, photograph, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes.

All information provided in the application must be true and accurate.

Acceptance of the scholarship constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions and compliance with ECT policies.
