Ready to apply? We’re excited about the possibility of welcoming you to ECT. To make the process to submit your application a little easier, we’ve listed the documents below that you will need to have ready for a smooth application process.

Proof of Identity: formal identification document which includes your name and photograph. such as a copy of a current passport, drivers’ licence, ID card or other official licence which includes a photograph of yourself.
An up-to-date CV/Resume: Detailing your academic and professional journey.
Academic Transcripts: Record of your previous studies.
Qualifications: Certificates or degrees already earned.
Copies of your English language proficiency (only needed if English is not your first language) Full list of English Language Proficiency Requirements.

Just a quick note: if your documents are in a language other than English, please provide official English translations and the original documents.
We look forward to receiving your application! After submission, please allow approximately three weeks for our team to review your materials and provide an update.

Professional Certificates

Looking to expand your technical expertise or support your career progression? Our 3-month, non-accredited Professional Certificates of Competency, delivered by ECT’s affiliated institute, EIT, provide a flexible way for engineers and technical professionals to gain industry-relevant knowledge and skills. While there are no formal entry requirements, these courses are designed for those working in technical or engineering-related roles who are committed to ongoing professional development.

Choose the Professional Certificate course you’d like to join and click the “Book Now” button on the course page.
Complete the application form and upload any required supporting documents.
As part of your application, you’ll be asked to pay the full tuition fee for your chosen course.
Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it.
Our team will review your application and aim to provide a decision within five working days.
If your application is successful, you’ll receive a Confirmation of Enrolment email with details of your place on the course.
Just a quick note: if you decide to withdraw before the course start date, any tuition fees you’ve paid will be refunded in full.
